The King of the Mountains will be
determined by points.
3 points for 1st
2 points for 2nd
1 point for 3rd
The King of the Mountains will be
wearing a Red/White number to designate to the rest of the field that they are the
King of the Mountains Leader.
The number will be awarded at the
start of each stage.
In the case of a dead heat in King of Mountains
classification, the tie breaking sequence will be the rider with the
most number of stages ridden, then the most number of KOM wins, then their respective placing's. In the situation where two or more riders are
tied on KOM results after the break down, the winner of the
KOM will be the first rider across the finish line.
$40 dollar nomination fee for each
Team (all Fees goes towards Team prize money)
The Team can consist of male and
female riders and or all female or all male.
The Team of 4 or less are be
nominated before the start of the Tour to be eligible for the overall
Victory.
Nominated riders need to be from
the same grade. An exception to the rule, a rider may ride in
higher grade to be part of team if they wish.
Team members can be from different
clubs.
A Team will be awarded 6 bonus
points for each stage they ride if at least 3 riders contest the
stage and 3 bonus points for at least 2 riders contesting a stage and 1
bonus point for 1 rider. Each Team effectively has a reserve rider.
The winning team will be determined
by the combination of the points from their top 3 Team members on each
stage, plus the
extra bonus points for each stage.
In the case of a dead heat in the Teams
Classification, the tie breaking sequence will be the Team that has
ridden the most stages, then the
most number of stage wins, then their respective placing's.
The Leading Team will wear numbers
at the start of each stage to designate they are a member of the Leading
Team.
The numbers will be awarded to the
team at the start of each stage.
A Team may wear Clothing
appropriate to a Team Sponsor if they wish.
The Tour Organizing Body may vary
the prizes at their discretion. If the event is well patronized then the
Tour organizing body hope to pay further down the Leader board on the
overall classification. The organizing body are committed to involving
as many riders as possible in the prize pool.
The Club Trophy is an award to recognise the club with the highest attendance over the
serious of races.
The Trophy will be decided at the end
of the Tour from the combined points of the top placed five riders from each
club, in each Grade and that host a race.
Albury/Wodonga CC, Cootamundra CC, Griffith CC,
Lavington CC, Tolland CC and
Wagga Wagga CC are to forward a document
listing all their club members in Club handicap order (Limit to Scratch)
to the Tour Handicapper Barry O'Hagan by the week before Stage 1.

Race entries are to be no more than 100
per event. (NSW State Federation rule)
Please forward entries to the Tour Handicapper by
the Thursday prior to the stage and or use the on-line facility to
register your entry
Any rider wishing to challenge any decision is to
forward their complaint via their respective Club Captain or President/Secretary.
They are the only person/s who can approach
the race officials, regarding any problems or issues.
